Delivery and shipping

How long does delivery take?

Each product is made especially for you. This means that only when you place an order will the machines be started for you and your order will be produced individually. Therefore, production usually takes 5-7 working days. In addition, there are 1-3 days for shipping. International shipping takes 2-3 days longer. But we will inform you in detail about the status of your order, because anticipation is known to be the greatest joy.

How are the goods sent?

We work with our shipping service provider DHL, who brings your order directly to your home. The shipping costs are 5.95 EUR for Germany, Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands. If you live in Spain or France, the shipping costs are 7.95 EUR. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will be notified directly by us and you can track the status of your order online. Note that we do not offer express shipping.

How much are the shipping costs?

Depending on the country of delivery the shipping costs change. For orders from Germany, Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands shipping costs are 5.95 EUR per order. If you order from France or Spain, the shipping costs are 7.95 EUR.

Which countries does textilwerk.com deliver to?

textilwerk.com currently delivers to Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Spain and the Netherlands. We are working on expanding our delivery area as soon as possible.

Order

Will my product be produced immediately after the order is received?

Yes, your product will be sent to our printing machine as soon as your order is received and will be made especially for you. So you will receive a product individually produced for you from textilwerk.com.

Can I cancel my order?

Since your order will be placed immediately, you unfortunately cannot cancel your order. If you don't like your product later, you have 30 days to send it back to us.

What do I do if I don't like my products?

For all orders at textilwerk.com our cancellation policy applies, including the legal exceptions. You can find all information about revocation here. Since the ordered products are made especially for you, an exchange is excluded by law. If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return it.

What do I do if I have received a defective or wrong product?

Do the products have quality defects or did you receive a wrong product? The best way is to send a photo to hello@textilwerk.com or call our customer service at  +492572959710. We will contact you and find a solution.

How does the return work?

If you want to return a product you have to contact our customer service. We will send you a return label by mail. Take the package to the nearest post office and keep the receipt until we have processed the return.

Please note that we will deduct the cost of 5,95€ for the return from the return amount.

Is the return free of charge?

No, in this case you bear the return costs yourself. The many returns in online shopping have a significant impact on the climate. With free returns, we would contribute to this behavior. Sustainable textile production also includes a rethinking of shopping behavior. If your product has demonstrable defects, simply contact our customer service by e-mail. It is best to send us a photo of the defective or incorrectly delivered product directly.

How can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible. Instead, you can return your order and place a new order. 

Is it safe to order at textilwerk.com?

The security of our shop and the protection of your data is very important to us. We only use the current security standards. Our communication is secured by SSL and only runs through German data centers.

Payment & prices

How can I pay at textilwerk.com?

At textilwerk.com you can pay in the following ways: (1) Invoice, (2) Paypal, (3) Credit Card, (4) Sofortüberweisung and (5) ApplePay. In Austria you can also pay with EPS.

How are the prices for the individual products made up?

Our designers earn money on every product they sell. That is why the price for our products is always made up of a base price that we set and the commission from the designer.

How can I redeem a voucher or promotional code?

You can redeem a voucher or promotional code at the end of the checkout. At the end you will always find a field in which you can enter the respective promotional or voucher code. After entering a valid voucher code, the corresponding discount will be deducted directly.

Where are the textilwerk.com products produced?

Our products are produced and printed exclusively in Europe. This enables us to closely monitor the production process and continuously ensure high quality. In addition, we avoid unnecessary, long delivery routes and also do something good for the environment. Here we show you how and where we produce and print our textiles.

What does print-on-demand production mean?

Thanks to our print-on-demand production, it is possible for us to only manufacture the products that are actually needed. Each product is made individually for you and only when you place your order will the machines be started. As a result, we only produce sustainably what is actually needed and send a clear signal against the waste of resources.

What materials are the products made of?

Our products are made from high quality polyester, cotton and linen fabrics. You can find more information about our raw materials here. All of our raw materials meet high quality standards.

How are the products printed?

The products are printed with high-quality, environmentally friendly inks, because sustainability is very important to us. The printing process we use to print our products is called the direct printing process. You can find more information here.

How long does the production process take?

The duration of the production process depends on the product and our current order volume. Since we produce everything on demand, there may occasionally be longer waiting times. The products are usually with you within 5 - 7 working days plus a delivery time of 1 - 3 working days.

How did textilwerk.com come about? Who came up with the idea for it?

Our company was founded in December 2016 by Dan Schmitz and Maik Ehmke. At that time still under the name oyoyo. It all started with an idea from Dan, who wanted to support well-known and unknown designers * to have their designs produced in smaller quantities. Because this is often not feasible for freelance designers due to the high minimum quantities of the producers. In addition, Dan Schmitz was of the opinion that the retailer should not decide which design is worth producing, but the customers. The online shop started in March 2019. After an exciting, successful first year, oyoyo was renamed textilwerk.com at the end of March 2020.

In short, at textilwerk.com, artists can sell their designs on our home accessories and textiles. Our customers can then buy products with these designs from our huge Heimtextil range. And best of all: the artists earn money with their designs on every product sold.

Of course, as an artist, you retain your right to your intellectual property. We at textilwerk.com will help you to sell your art on our products through our shop and to inspire the world with your products.

What is the price for the products like?

At textilwerk.com we provide you as a designer with a specific range of home textiles. Each product is given a base price, which includes the commission for designers. Designers receive a 10% commission from the resulting net sales price.

Wie kaufe ich bei textilwerk ein?

Da wir die Bestellung extra für dich produzieren, darfst du natürlich auch mitentscheiden: Du suchst das Design aus, wählst die passenden Maße und entscheidest selbst, welche Rohware für dich und deine Kundschaft die Beste ist.

Was bedeutet On-Demand-Produktion?

Alle Produkte werden nach deinem Bestelleingang extra nur für dich hergestellt. Das spart nicht nur Ressourcen und schont damit die Umwelt, sondern bietet auch deutlich mehr Flexibilität. Unsere On-Demand-Produktion ermöglicht dir sehr kurzfristige Bestellungen – perfekt, um auf Trends und Kund*innenwünsche zu reagieren. Außerdem können wir bei deinen Bestellungen auf deine individuellen Bedürfnisse eingehen.

Wie lange dauert es, bis ich meine Bestellung erhalte?

Fallen Versandkosten auf meine Bestellung an?

Ab einem Warenkorbwert von 250 Euro liefern wir deine Bestellung versandkostenfrei. Darunter berechnen wir Versandkosten von 5 Euro.

Kann ich meine Bestellung zurückschicken?

Nein, das Zurückschicken deiner Bestellung ist leider nicht möglich.

Wie wird die Ware bedruckt?
